Cook 500g pasta in boiling water until cooked through for about 10 mins
Heat oil in a large pan. Add 2 cloves garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add tinned tomatoes, reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
When cheese begins to melt, mix in cooked penne pasta. Season with dried basil.
